
Out of the box, your Resonator emits a healing frequency — feed it a tone in the 1–10 Hz range and its copper coil radiates a field your body can tune into. But one model in our lineup can do something more. The larger, two-channel Resonator is built with two independent copper coils, and with a single change to how it’s wired, it stops simply emitting a field and begins generating a scalar one.
This isn’t a modification to the device itself. Nothing is cut, soldered, or rebuilt. You change exactly one thing: the direction the current flows through one of its two coils.
Which Resonator can do this
Not every Resonator is built for scalar work. It takes the bigger, dual-coil model (Atlanta Resonator) — the one with two separate channels, each driving its own copper winding. The single-coil Resonators are beautiful frequency tools, but a scalar field needs two coils that can be set against each other. If you’re not sure which one you have, this is the larger two-channel unit.
The principle: two fields that cancel
Scalar energy emerges in a very specific situation. When two identical electromagnetic fields meet in perfect opposition — equal in strength, exactly out of phase — their vector forces cancel each other out. The push-and-pull that would normally radiate as a measurable magnetic field collapses toward zero. What remains is not nothing. It is the underlying scalar potential: the structuring, informational field that was there all along, no longer masked by the louder electromagnetic signal on top of it. This is the same principle behind Tesla’s bifilar and caduceus coils, where two opposing currents cancel the magnetism and unveil the scalar field.
Normally, both coils pull together
In everyday use, both coils of the two-channel Resonator are wired the same way — positive to positive, negative to negative — so the current runs through them in the same direction. Their fields line up and reinforce one another, giving you the strong, unified frequency output the Resonator is known for. This is exactly what you want for ordinary frequency sessions.
The switch that changes everything
To turn the Resonator into a scalar generator, you reverse the direction of just one coil. At the amplifier, take the channel feeding the second coil and swap its two wires — positive where negative was, negative where positive was. That single reversal flips the flow of current through that coil, so the two coils now run in opposition instead of together. Their magnetic fields push against each other and cancel out, the electromagnetic output drops away, and the scalar field beneath is revealed. One device, two opposed coils, doing exactly what Tesla’s opposed windings did more than a century ago.
Why the toroid helps
The Resonator’s toroidal shape makes it a natural home for this effect. A toroid — a doughnut form — already folds its field back onto itself rather than broadcasting outward, circulating energy in a closed loop that returns to its own beginning. That self-contained geometry is precisely the environment in which a scalar field wants to form. With one coil reversed, the toroid isn’t just emitting — it’s holding a still, structured field at its center.
A simple step-by-step
- Use the larger, two-channel Resonator — the dual-coil model. The single-coil versions can’t create a scalar field.
- Connect both coils to your amplifier as you normally would.
- On the second channel only, swap the positive and negative wires so that coil runs in reverse.
- Open your frequency app and play one steady, low tone — 7.83 Hz, the Schumann resonance, is an ideal starting point. Set your volume high.
- With one coil now opposing the other, the Resonator generates a scalar field in and around itself.
- Sit within the field for 20–30 minutes, or place a glass of water beside it to charge.
A note on the science
To be clear and honest: as of now, there is no formal scientific research that validates scalar energy. Mainstream instruments and studies simply haven’t caught up to it yet. What we do have is a large and growing number of people who work with scalar energy and consistently report real benefits — a calmer mind, better sleep, a steadier sense of their own field. A few honest notes
Double-check that you’ve reversed only one channel. If both coils get flipped, they simply line up again in the same direction and you’re back to an ordinary field — the scalar effect depends on the two coils opposing each other. A scalar field is also subtle by nature: most people describe a deepening calm, a sense of the air feeling “thicker” or more settled, and slower, easier breathing rather than a dramatic jolt. Give it time and pay attention.
