Return Policy

At Resonance PH, every piece is handcrafted and made to order especially for you. Because our resonators, pendants, pyramids, and orgonite products are custom-created, we want to be clear and fair about returns. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Items

All Resonance PH products are handmade to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please choose your product, crystal, and options carefully before completing your order.

As stated at checkout, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has begun, as it covers the materials and crafting time reserved for your custom piece.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care crafting and packing every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. To be eligible, please ensure:

  • You report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You email admin@resonanceph.com (or DM @resonance.ph on Instagram) with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect, including the packaging it arrived in.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How We Resolve Approved Claims

For approved claims, we will repair or replace the item at no additional product cost. Because each piece is uniquely crafted for you, we do not offer cash refunds on made-to-order products. Replacement pieces follow the same production time as a new order.

Return Shipping

If an item needs to be sent back for repair or replacement, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Please contact us first — do not ship anything back before we confirm your claim and provide the return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable courier and packing the item securely, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.

A Note on Natural Crystals

Our products use natural crystals and handmade elements. Slight variations in color, pattern, inclusions, size, and finish are natural characteristics of genuine materials — not defects. Each piece is one of a kind, and these variations are part of its unique energy and beauty.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@resonanceph.com or @resonance.ph with your order number and photos/video.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Once approved, send the item back (customer-paid, trackable) to the address we provide.
  4. We repair or replace your piece and ship it back to you.
